Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a little dated and not as elegant as the hotel decor in the lounge and lobby. Unfortunately, the iron provided was of very low quality and the room didn’t smell very nice. On the bright side, the location was perfect for our stay, being right in the city center and close to many bars and restaurants.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The staff was exceptional and very helpful, but the rooms were dated, stunk of dampness, and had various maintenance issues like leaks and dirty carpets. The location was convenient for exploring the area, although the hotel itself looked a little dated. The dining experience was disappointing and overpriced.
The hotel's location is fantastic, despite needing urgent updating. The rooms are small and shabby, lacking a view, but offered at a reasonable price. The service was inconsistent, with some staff being rude while others provided requested items. The dining experience was poor, not justifying the price. The hotel's central position in Gibraltar is convenient for exploring, but the overall comfort and cleanliness are lacking.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room had all the essential amenities like a TV, hair dryer, clock radio, fridge, air conditioning, phone, bath, shower, and toilet; however, there was an unpleasant smell on the second day which was a bit off-putting. The service was polite and professional, and we received a larger room without extra cost to accommodate our luggage. The location was excellent, right at the center of Gibraltar, with the convenience of parking spaces. On the downside, the dining experience was subpar, not living up to the price paid. Overall, a mixed experience with some notable highlights and drawbacks.
The hotel had comfy rooms with okay wifi and air-con, but the internal window provided very little natural light. The hotel decor in lounge, lobby, and halls was dated.
The hotel was perfect for sleeping, washing, and getting ready to head back out. The room was a bit old and smelled of stale smoke, and the breakfast was not impressive for the price paid. The tiling in the bathroom was poorly finished, which was a letdown.
